Are you looking for support?
You've come to the right place - sort of. You should load up the game and
click the support button in the main menu so that we can load up any tickets associated with your specific account, and so you can create new ones. If you are unable to load the game at all, see below.
Is the game is not loading for you?
We're sorry the game is not loading for you. That sucks! We definitely want to get you back into the game as soon as possible.
Please try the following before contacting us:
- Restart the Steam client.
- Ensure your Internet connection is stable (dropped connections due to poor wifi signal or tethering may cause issues).
- Make sure you are properly logged in to Steam and that Steam itself is up and running (the game will not load in Steam's offline mode).
- Wait a few minutes before trying again - we might be in the middle of rolling out updates or fixes.
Still not working? Please
email us. If possible please include the error log reported to you by the game, the name of your Steam account, and the type of system you are playing on (PC, Mac, Potato, etc.). Hopefully we will have you playing again shortly.
